Morgan has engineered the world's fastest operating laying head, designed for running at a maximum speed of 150 m/s. The high speed laying head can be operated at several possible angles of inclination and has a pipe support that can be changed in 10 minutes. The unique and patented design controls tail ends to eliminate any oversized and deformed ring problems. Special designs are available for mills producing stainless steels.
