MORGOIL® Forms Partnership with UK Firm
WORCESTER, Mass., May 31, 2000

Morgan Construction Co., through its MORGOIL® Bearing Division, has formed a partnership with Oldham Engineering of Oldham, England. The new company will be named Oldham Morgan Engineering LTD.

Under the terms of the partnership, Oldham Morgan will recondition MORGOIL parts and supply MORGOIL chocks to customers in the United Kingdom.

Scott Simpson, vice president, MORGOIL Bearing Division, in announcing the partnership, noted, "The formation of this partnership will enable us to better support our customers in the United Kingdom with a locally recognized company. Further, it means our customers will receive MORGOIL services in a more cost-effective and timely manner."

Oldham, which traces its roots back more than 100 years ago, is an engineering and manufacturing company specializing in precision and machining fabrication.

Morgan Construction Company, is a designer and producer of high-quality rolling mill products and services for the metal industry worldwide.
