Taiwan Firm Orders Mill Upgrade from Morgan
WORCESTER, Mass., April 28, 2000

Walsin Lihwa, of Tainan Hsien, Taiwan, has ordered a new laying head for its existing single strand mill from Morgan Construction Company.

According to Colin Roy, Vice President, International Rolling Mill Sales, "The laying head, which is the first step in the upgrade of the exiting mill, is designed to improve the surface quality of the stainless steel rod that the mill produces."

Roy added that this contract is Morgan’s first with this company.
