has been awarded a contract by Bliss-Salem, Inc., of Salem, Ohio.,
in conjunction with the latter's supply of a 4-Stand Tandem Cold Mill
to Worthington Steel Corporation.

Global Steel Increases Output by 18% with
New Morgan Equipment - WORCESTER, Mass.

As a result of the recent major upgrade to its two-strand mill, Global
Steel Wire, S.A., formerly Nueva Montana Quijano, of Santander, Spain,
will be able to produce 650,000 tons of rod per year.
Morgan Receives Order for Coil Reform Upgrade

Morgan Construction Company has received an order from British Steel
Sections, Plates & Commercial Steels to upgrade the coil reform
equipment to include the Morgan Ring Distributors at their rod mill
in Scunthorpe, England. The four-strand rod mill was initially built
by Morgan in 1976, with Morgan water boxes installed in 1994.
Morgan to Build Baoshan Iron & Steel's

Republic of China, Morgan Construction Company has signed a contract
to design and build the first wire rod mill for Baoshan Iron &
Steel Corporation of Shanghai, the premier steel company in the People's
Republic of China.

Morgan to Upgrade Villacero's Sicartsa Mill

equipment and install the Morgan Ring Distributor System at Villacero
Steel's Sicartsa Steel Mill in Lazaro Cardenas, Michoacan, Mexico.
Morgan do Brasil Receives Order From Gerdau
Group, Brazil - Sao Paolo, Brazil, May

Morgan do Brasil has received a contract from the Gerdau Group of
Parto Alegre, Brazil, to supply three ring distributors to two of
Gerdau's plants. Prior to this order, Morgan has supplied more than
70 roller guides and two prefinishing mills with side looper and snap
shear to Gerdau, whose mills produce rebar and wire rod.
