Morgan's ARGA Increases Utilization at Thrybergh

By using Morgan Construction Company's patented Automated Roll-Groove
Alignment system (ARGA), British Steel's Thrybergh Bar Mill in Rotherham,
U.K., was able to dramatically decrease the time needed for stand
and pass changes.

Mills to Sanyo Special Steels, Japan

Morgan Construction Company has received an order to upgrade the existing
combination rod and bar mill at Sanyo Special Steels in Himeji, Japan,
through their Japanese licensee, Sumitomo Heavy Industries and Sumitomo
Corporation.
Morgan to Upgrade Existing Strand and Add
Second Strand to Rod Mill at P.T. Krakatau, Indonesia
- WORCESTER, Mass., February 9, 1996
Morgan Construction Company, worldwide supplier of shape rolling technology,
has received two new contracts from P.T. Krakatau in Cilegon, Indonesia,
one to make modifications to the existing single strand rod mill and
the other to add a second strand. The initial modification is part
of an earlier contract in which the speed of the mill will be increased
from 70 m/s currently to 100 m/s as soon as in April 1996.
Morgan Adds Rod TEKISUNTM to Rod Mill at
China Steel Corporation, Taiwan - WORCESTER,
Mass., January 24, 1996
Morgan Construction Company, worldwide supplier of shape rolling technology,
announced it will upgrade the existing China Steel two strand rod
mill in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, and install Rod TEKISUNTM Reducing/Sizing
Mills to both strands of the mill.
