The technologies employed are Vibration Analysis, Infrared Thermography, and Oil Analysis. With offices in North America, South America, Europe, China and India a rapid response to the customer's needs is possible.

Vibration:
Vibration Data collection can be either collected by the customer or our own field technicians with analysis by our certified analysts including recommendations for corrective action. The combination of our well proven advanced analysis software (specific for each individual rolling mill equipment) and the most experienced analyst in the rolling mill industry provides extremely valuable results that will alert your team of failures in the nucleation stage.

Thermography:
Infrared Imaging performed on key electrical components and mechanical or structural assemblies as required with trending possible on critical components. All scanning is performed by our certified technicians.

Oil Analysis:
Periodic sampling of critical lube systems can be performed either by customer or by field technicians. Certified labs determine the condition of the lubricant. Standard tests include Karl Fischer Moisture, Viscosity, Spectroscopy, Acid Number, and Particle Count.
