workforce has representatives from over 40 countries on our staff
of over seven hundred. Communication

at Morgan. Morgan is a privately owned and operated company. Philip
Morgan is the fifth Morgan in a direct line to be president of the
organization. Under Philip's leadership, Morgan's style is to communicate
with its employees on a direct and first name basis. From quarterly
meetings with the President to weekly news briefings and monthly
newsletters, our employees are kept aware of our progress in the
marketplace, new product lines, and other business issues. The Morgan
